Tennessee Child Custody Lawyers

Martin Ursery has been fighting for custody of his daughter for 2 1/2 years after she was given up for adoption by her birth mother. He was denied a DNA test and his right to file a petition for parentage by Shelby County Juvenille Court. Juvenille court and adoption attorney Kevin Weaver worked together to move the child out of Tennessee to bring revenue to the court system. Sending children across state lines without BOTH parents consent is wrong and needs to be stopped!!!!
